Booty Balm

Booty Balm is designed to soothe hemorrhoids, rectal irritation, pain, fissures, and discomfort during bowel movements. It is a great friend for general pelvic care and tending. This product encourages a relationship with the terrain of the pelvic floor.

Instructions: Wash your hands, dab your finger into the booty balm, and apply to the rectum area. Gently rub the cream on, in, and around your anus. One knuckle deep is therapeutic; two knuckles deep...well, then you are getting saucy and we like it 😉. We encourage self massage around the entire pelvic floor. Explore this terrain, know this space of your body. Map and track what it is feeling like in this space. Ritualize the application as an opportunity to breathe, relax, open and therefore connect into your root.
